- Most practice sessions are 15 minutes, ranges from 5 to 30 minutes.
- Most movement sessions conclude a 3-5 minute relaxation period with exotic photos e.g. Hawaiian luau, helicopter tour of Kauai, drive through Isla Mujeres, turtle sanctuary, whale watching, animals on safari in South Africa.
- Inclusive exercises that are very simple and easy to do. Practice Sessions are sitting exercises using Qigong and simple tai chi.
- Relaxation Techniques include breathing exercises, focusing exercises, self massage, and meditation (guided visualization).
