- Most practice sessions are 15 minutes, rages from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.
- Includes a 3-5 minute exotic photo series relaxation period at the end with location theme e.g. Hawaiian luau, helicopter tour of Kauai, drive through Isla Mujeres, turtle sanctuary, whale watching, animals on safari.
- Sessions are sitting exercises, standing exercises, or both sitting and standing combined using Qigong and simple tai chi.
- Inclusive exercises that are very simple and easy to do. Relaxation Techniques also include breathing exercises, focusing exercises, self massage, and meditation.
