Perfect for seniors and people who sit much of their day. This series is a compilation of movements specifically created for Seniors. It gathers some of my favorite movements that benefit people of all ages but are especially good for seniors and those that sit much of their day.
Many of these techniques are “use it or lose it” movements and target the spine, hips and shoulders where seniors may start to lose flexibility over time. It also includes gentle movements to activate healing relaxation and 8 movements from tai chi to improve balance.
