Tai Chi Movements
Tai Chi movements are well known for improving balance, flexibility, muscle strengthening, and providing some aerobic conditioning. These simplified Tai Chi movements provide access to some of the benefits of tai chi without requiring a great deal of time to learn a serial form.
Begin by watching the video on protecting the knees. Then use the Learn the movements section to learn the 18 tai chi movements. The screen can be made full size with the button on the right lower corner.
Then use the practice session for daily exercise sessions.
