Healing Plan

This DVD  helps you let go of trapped emotions and past painful memories you may be holding on to.  Do not look at them,  just let them go. You do not need to know what it is. Just let it go, and deal with your issues in the present moment as they present themselves now.

Week 1-2: Start with the deep breathing and the Precious Gestures movement series. Use the movement section to learn each of the exercises and then use the practice session to pull it all together.

Week 3-5: As you feel more comfortable with the breathing and movements, add techniques from the other sections to add variety to your daily practice sessions. Start at 10 -15 minutes a day and then increase to 30 minutes on days that you have more time.

Week 6 and on: Daily practice session – Use one of the breathing or self massage exercises to begin your session, then do all or part of the Precious Gestures Movement series, and end with a meditation, and gathering breath or directing energy for healing.

People will often feel a profound difference in how they feel in 6-8 weeks. Consistent practice is important (at least 3-5 days a week).

Note: This is the series Kathy used for her own healing. She felt much better after 8 weeks of consistent practice.
