For Seniors:

Subject:  Look and feel younger

Hi {first name},

Interested on learning how to look and feel younger?  America’s Doctor, Dr. Oz, says the ancient Chinese technique of Qigong is a great way tap into our natural energy and, in turn, combat the aging process.  “If you want to be healthy and live to 100, do Qigong.”

I just started learning about this great NEW exercise program (well, maybe new to me since it has been around for 1000’s of years).  It helps improve balance, regain and maintain movements in your joints, and even help you stay in your home longer.  It’s an ancient form of Chinese exercises that really works called Tai Chi Qigong.  Check it out here {https://relaxedandalert.com/online-shop/qigong-for-seniors/?ap_id=AFFILIATE ID}.  Kathy does a great job of presenting them in a simple and effective way.
