Many people, even as young as 16 or 60, can feel a tightness in their joints from lack of activity. All day spent sitting in a chair at school or doing crafts is hard on the body. Use it or lose it!
Slow repetitive movements like qigong and tai chi can help to release tension and tightness in the joint, as well as stretch the muscle to create more space.
Gentle stretching makes us feel much better. Add some deep paced breathing to the movement and it will be even more effective in helping you to loosen up your joints.
