What are my choices for accessing these Relaxation Techniques?
- Store Purchase
- DVDs, books, CDs and other accessories that will be shipped to you. You can use your DVD player to watch the Relaxation Exercise Videos.
- Online Programs
- View any of the On Demand Videos on your PC to use during your exercise session. Just like the full length DVDs (typically around 60 minutes in length) they are designed for guiding you through a complete exercise session – they typically include a warm up and closing exercises along with specific techniques. Check out the previews and the descriptions for more details.
- Personal Wellness Program is a unique and very effective way of delivering a lesson plan we call a Journey based on your schedule. The Journeys typically last 3 months and are designed to help you reach a goal – whether that is learning a new technique or adopting a new habit. The reminders are sent as email and can be sent as text messages to your phone.
How do I start my Personal Wellness Program over?
- From your My Account page, click the Schedule Reminders icon. Disable the Wellness Program by clicking the small checkmark and the weekdays will dissapear. Follow by clicking Update Profile.
- Go back to the checkbox, re-enable and specify your schedule.
Can I cancel my membership or stop receiving reminders?
- Paid Memberships can be cancelled anytime. Simply click the Unsubscribe button on your My Account page. It will take you to your PayPal account where you can cancel any future payments. There are no refund to any amount already paid. Once you cancel a membership, you immediately lose access to the content.
- For Trial or Beta participation where PayPal was not used to establish a membership, from your My Account page, click the Schedule Reminders icon. Disable the Wellness Program by clicking the small checkmark and the weekdays will dissapear. Follow by clicking Update Profile.
What are the Terms of Service?

Can I share my membership?
- No, the membership is for a single user logged into one PC at a time. The content can be used in a class settings, viewed by a group of people.
What are my payment options?
- Product and membership payments are all done via credit or debit card through PayPal.
What is included in a membership?
- A membership gives you access to content in the form of videos. The different online Programs and On Demand Video memberships provide access to different content. Reference the individual membership details for specifics.
Can I purchase DVDs of the On Demand Videos ?
- The On Demand Video are also available in DVD format. They make great gifts of relaxation for your friends and family!
How do I add to my journal ?
- When you sign up for the Personal Wellness Program, you will be given a personal journal page. You can access this page from the your My Account page. Note, you need to be actively on a Program to view your journal.
Why am I Not Receiving my Reminder Emails ?
- If you are not receiving email reminders from Relaxed and Alert, you will want to log into your account and check the following things:
- Did the email from Relaxed and Alert get filtered out as spam?
- If so, add ‘kathy@relaxedandalert.com’ and ‘relaxedandalert.com’ to your safe sender or no-spam list in your email client.
- If your email client only supports adding specific email addresses, please add the individual email address to ensure proper delivery of messages. RelaxedandAlert.com is the top level domains that we use to send email.

- To have your notification email sent as a text to your phone, include the following email address in the “Send to email” field in your profile page.
